REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a manufacturing defect, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Unused Items Only: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on used or washed diapers. All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging intact.


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request for an eligible item:

Email us at info@bubblebugdiapers.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

If your request is approved, we will provide further instructions on returning the item.

Refunds will be processed once we inspect the item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We are proud to manufacture all of our diapers and fabric in the USA to ensure the highest quality and ethical production standards.

We are a small Black woman-owned business dedicated to providing innovative, inclusive, and sustainable cloth diapering solutions.

4. What makes your diapers unique?

Our diapers are a hybrid between a fitted diaper and a preflat, combining the ease and flexibility of a preflat with the secure fit of a fitted diaper. This design offers better absorbency, a customizable fit, and a comfortable experience for your baby.

5. What sizes do you offer?

We offer three inclusive sizes to ensure a great fit for babies of all stages:

Preemie Size: Fits 4-10 lbs

One Size: Fits 10-35 lbs

Toddler Size: Fits 30-65 lbs

6. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the USA. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and shipping times will vary based on your location.

7. How do I care for my cloth diapers?

For best results, we recommend a simple wash routine using a strong detergent and warm or hot water. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as they can affect absorbency and fabric lifespan.

8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We accept refund requests within 7 days for items with manufacturing defects. However, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on used or washed diapers. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
